Colleagues and extra smoke breaks

Do you have colleagues, who take smoke breaks, along with there own entitled break

In my work place, there around 6 colleagues, who will a fly smoke break outside, for around 5 min's. And they will do this a few times in the day on there shift, and guess no one paying attention. So through out the day, these extra breaks add up to around 20/30 min's

Now if I was to ask for a extra break get told no, your break entitlement for your shift is 15 min's

Cold Sweat Towels being sent back to sender

So a few weeks ago I order sone cold sweat towels online, and EVRI the delivery company for the UK. EVRI have now said, item being sent back to the sender, which they are in China

I have raised the issue with Stardusst, and now looking for a refund. Now dont know why item being sent back to sender, dont think its damaged, as its hard to damage towels

Is it possible to get seat upgrade, in Virgin Atlantic Shop, rather than bidding

So I'm currently planing my holiday to New York, and trying to keep myself with in a budget of £3500, for flights and hotel

My hotel for 7 nights is around £2350, and if I want outward upper class upgrade, current price is £1700.

Been told on Facebook, book your holiday, and then make a bid online for UC upgrade. I can see on ExpertFlyer 30/44 seats are free, and haven't been taken. Now I assume, with oil prices maybe people dont want to travel, but I do

When I go to one of the travel shops, can the rep book my UC upgrade, as I prefer to know I have my seat in place, failing this probably wouldnt book with VA
