Looking for anyways to get from the end of the ct to the 20th segment. Also can I leave my car at the end for a week?

Coming from east coast
Will be fully acclimatized after a week of peak bagging around Leadville, looking to crush segments 20-28 of the ct as an experienced backpacker.
How do I find somewhere safe to leave my car in Durango?
How do I go about getting to spring creek pass to start my hike?
How’s water access and stream crossing looking? We have our bear canister and 2 person tent. Any advice on where to camp? Buddy and I have lots of experience in the whites particularly in the winter. Prepared for back to back 15 mile days on the weekends bookended with 5-6 on Friday night and Monday morning. Starting Friday late afternoon and want to be back to the car sometime Monday
Best way to get from one segment to the other after a few days on trail without doing an out and back? Does section 20-28 sound like a good choice?
I am in this exact situation this summer. I am an avid hiker and Iove National and state parks. I have 1 day, where should I focus my time?
Have about 2 weeks of time alone early August in Co and looking for a big project. Will already be acclimatized after a week of hitting a bunch of 14ers with buddies. Is the collegiate loop worth my full attention or Should I just do the west and then hit something else?
Looking for something along the lines of 20 miles a day for 7-10 days. Should I go up to the winds instead? Will already be in co
Any recommendations on resources to use to plan a solo collegiate loop trip this summer? Would especially be interesting in anything regarding adding on near 14ers as well. Thanks!
