How do you stay disciplined when the motivation disappears?

I can be extremely motivated when I first set a goal, but obviously that feeling doesn't last forever. The harder part is showing up a few weeks later when the excitement is gone and the goal just feels like another thing on the schedule.

I've been trying to rely less on motivation and more on routine lately. What helps you stay consistent on the days when you genuinely don't feel like doing anything?

How do you recognize progress when it doesn't feel dramatic?

I've been thinking about how easy it is to overlook small changes when you're focused on some bigger idea of what recovery is supposed to look like. Sometimes progress might just be reacting differently to a situation, keeping a boundary you normally would have dropped, or catching an unhealthy pattern a little earlier than before.

For people who've been working on themselves for a while, what are some quieter signs that helped you realize you were actually making progress?

Asymmetrical smile

It feels really weird when i smile like i can't extend the smile equally from both the sides.

I also have an extra tooth on my right side , the tiny one right beside the lateral incisor. Due to this the right side appears crowded whereas left side teeth have gaps.

So, what exactly is wrong with my smile 🫠
