Is Direkte Zulassung legit for a second Bachelor’s?

Hi everyone, I’m an international student planning to pursue a second Bachelor's degree in Germany.
Here is my situation: I already hold a Bachelor’s degree from my country but the degree that I want to pursue is in a completely unrelated field compared to my first degree. I checked the Anabin database, my university has an H+ status.
According to my initial research, this qualifies me for Direkte Zulassung. However, I want to make sure before I start applying:
Does having an H+ Bachelor's degree completely bypass the Studienkolleg requirement? Or is there any hidden caveat where a university might still ask me to take a foundation course?
Assuming my German language proficiency meets the course requirements, can I just apply and enroll directly into the first semester?
I would love to hear from anyone who has gone through this path or knows how German universities evaluate a prior degree for a second Bachelor's.
Thanks in advance for the help!

Good uni(s) for international student

Hello! I’m from Indonesia and am interested in studying in Malaysia. I’m considering applying to Universiti Malaya (undergraduate programme/ bachelor’s degree), but I find it kind of pricey since I’m self-funding (my parents are retired, so I’ll use my own savings). Could you please suggest me the universities that are as good as Universiti Malaya but not that expensive for international students? Thank you in advance!
