Not counting Gen2 's red Gyarados a looooong time ago, I hatched 2 shinies within 1 hour of interval : Evvee and Ralts.

Hello Reddit, does it also change in other countries? In Belgium we go from 1.50% to 1.00%, which after taxes is effectively going from 1.05%+0% to 0.70%+0% (not a bad deal for short-term budgets tho)
(The change is in 2 weeks for old accounts but immediate if people open new ones. Sounds like usual transition stuff)
