I just noticed while listening to a Notorious B.I.G. compilation that Rodney Jerkins could very likely have been inspired by Biggie’s song while making Unbreakable. Here’s my points:

1. The instrumentals are really similar. Biggie’s song has the same heavy, rhythmic instrumentation. And I mean the SAME. The rhythm is pretty much identical to Unbreakable.

2. Since biggie (who’d been dead for 4 years by the release of Invincible) is on Unbreakable, it indicates that Rodney Jerkins definitely had Biggie in mind in SOME way.

3. this is the weakest point, but combined with the others its another indicator: the names Unbelievable and Unbreakable could very well be derived from one another. If a producer was inspired by Unbelievable, it wouldn’t take much to get to Unbreakable.

I just found out about this Notorious BIG song so I’m pretty fascinated right now. What do yall think?

Apple finally came to their senses and added a long overdue slider for Liquid Glass intensity. Now, those who complained can turn it down while those who enjoy it can crank it up. We don’t have to worry about it being gradually removed anymore!
