best way to quit?

I actually really like my managers and coworkers, I just hate dishwashing and have been doing it for over 2 months with no opportunity to do anything else. I’ve already had multiple talks and schedule changes, but dishwashing atm feels like a position I’ll be stuck in for a while. Regardless, I just want to work elsewhere. How should I go about this in a way that’s respectful? I’ll even do the 2 weeks notice, I just don’t want to work for Panera much longer.

Good Egg farmers?

I’ve been going to Gaytan Family Farms on Victoria and they have 2 selections of eggs, regular and blue. I asked and the blue eggs are apparently raised a bit differently, resulting in that deeper yolk color that holds denser concentration of omega-3’s. The issue is that a dozen of those eggs are $10, with the normal eggs being $9 a dozen.

Does anyone have recommendations for good quality eggs that may be a bit cheaper?

need tips as new dishwasher

hey guys i started my job at panera last week. did my onboarding and had my 2 days of training already, yesterday was my second day alone and my manager got upset i couldn’t finish the dishes.

it’s a 4 hour shift and I find it really hard to balance taking out all the trash and preparing the trash cans for next day, along with dealing with a lottt of dishes when i first arrive. does anyone have any advice on how I can do things quicker?
