I just finished reading Proudhon's book "What is Property?", but, do a lot of people think he refers a lot to corporate property vs like if 1 person has 1 acre of land? He talks a lot about the persons working machines in a factory (proletariat) instead of for ex the subsistence farming community?

For people in Fredericksburg that have this new Medicaid activity stuff to be done after Jan 1, are there any 501c3s or job training stuff that is specifically geared for that, like, looking a lot for the people that are on the Medicaid requirements?

I saw they are introducing remuneration requirements in order to receive Medicaid after Jan 1, 2027. I believe it says that a person must be remunerated at least $580 dollars a month, but, if a person is homeless or a beggar, if they beg at least $600 dollars a month, does that count as that?

If an organization asks somebody about how much their lifetime earnings is, will they get litigated for ageism, or, are they allowed to do that to try to hire disadvantaged persons? I.e. somebody who has less lifetime earnings than others?
