Let's Talk Jurisprudence ; do you believe leaking a national level exam like the NEET should be considered a threat to the national security?

Hi! I have been thinking thoughts around this question, while prima facie it may be an easier one to answer, i.e. terrorism is de-jure only physical violence or incitement , HOWEVER if we were to debate, don't you believe that it is a national security threat?

  1. Leaking a paper might be done with intent to gain huge amount of money, however isn't it a direct challenge to the institutional mechanism established by constitutional bodies like the NTA and The Ministry of Education? to even come up with such heinous plan to destroy the procedures made by the system should be considered essentially an act of dissent against the government, perhaps against the sovereignty of the state.
  2. Similarly, this should be considered as a deliberate threat to the Rule of Law and the rejection of the government's authority to maintain a fair and orderly society.
  3. Given the magnitude of aspirants sitting for the exam every year, it could create massive public distrust, I am not shocked this hasn't happened yet, because we live in India and people here are blinded by cultural nationalism to even revolt against systemic failure
  4. NEET could be just an example, but think of the other exams where the government might or might not have gone through the multiple security shielding YET the exam paper gets leaked.
  5. It may be potentially arbitrary if this ever happens in reality, but again the magnitude of harm caused and the way the execution of a plan this HUGE can be definitely linked with organised crimes and acts of terror. Why don't we comply to the authority of the government?

Thoughts? I am not very firm in this opinion but it does sound very debatable.

guy from bumble forced himself upon me

Hi, I’m 20F and matched with a guy 23M from Bumble 4 months ago, since then we have been busy, on and off and finally decided to meet earlier this week, he booked an air bnb for us, I went in with full consent that I did want to make out, however after some time he started forcing himself on me, he was very muscular, I tried to resist my best by both counter force and communication but he kept insisting that we have s3x, i kept saying no and trying to resist his arm from over me, after some time he put it in me and i bled, he then started gaslighting me that it must be my period blood (my periods had ended a day ago), i felt very guilty and bad later, we never talked again and i am sooo confused on how do you guys actually trust someone? it wasn’t like i didnt know him out of anywhere, i went with him willingly, but why cant they just be gentle and abide? is consent a joke atp, i reallyy need big sister advice on how to go about makeouts n hookups, im traumatised. i will not repprt because i did consent for it twice, until he started to go about and i bled, but it just didnt feel right

today i was told that because i drink diet coke sometimes, i’ll soon move to alcohol and addictions.
why?
because i’m dalit.
apparently my upper caste / marwadi friends would be able to control themselves, but i won’t.
all of this came from my parents by the way, during an argument (completely one sided argument where i was loterally in my room studying and was only listening to their rant while keeping my chin down, not back answering or even looking in their eyes)
i am honestly brooen and feel so inferior right now that i will never be able to be disciplined because i belong to the sc, even though in reality i’ve never even thought of turning to alcohol, i genuinely can’t lose consciousness getting drunk or high and hence have never drunk despite the peer pressure
i am so broken bro i feel ashamed even without doing anything, do my parents see me as a burden because i was born to them? whhy did they even procreate if they were so ashamed of their caste genes then (which isnt even a thing in my opinion)
