What do they mean by no wind breaks at camp? Does that include vertically hung shade cloth?

How early and how late do the shuttles run to and from the campground? Is it an all day thing? Have a day in which I might want to spend a little more time at camp. Is it going to be hard to drop in and dip out at will? I realize the rules about re-entry to the festival itself.

Any idea what the camp store will provide? Will they sell beer? How expensive will ice be? Is it recommended to bring ice in the cooler or will camp search dump the cooler to check for contraband?

I was watching some YT vlogs the other day and one showed a dispensary inside the festival. Is this always a thing? Any details would be appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
