Task canceled 2 hours before starting

I had a task scheduled that I really needed help with and the tasker had messaged me a few days ago asking how much time to set aside for it. I shared details. I was very excited to have this task done (organization) and saw all 5 star reviews. It was supposed to be for 10am and she canceled at 8:15am. I am so upset. There’s no way for me to even leave her a review or message her now and there aren’t taskers available last minute either. The support is not being helpful at all. I am leaving town for a few weeks and needed this today which is why I scheduled it. I don’t understand how this is acceptable

Hello, (reposting from yesterday as it got deleted) - I am not sure where to share this information.
My family fostered two dogs through it starts with one today, an La-based rescue, which is mainly run by Joey Tuccio. We were out of town for 2 nights and a friend of ours was watching the dogs.
Joey, Kim Dabagghian, and the organization said they were coming to pick up the dogs the next day.
We asked if they could wait so we could say bye to them and give them toys, but they said no. They said it was best for the dogs not to see us before they left. Kim and another volunteer came to our house unannounced and said they’d call the police if the dogs were not handed over (we took incredible care of these dogs for months, so it is not clear why there were threats). Our sitter gave the dogs to the rescue people at a different location, with the promise that we’d get to meet the new family or say bye to the dogs - which did not happen.

We have been trying to contact the rescue to receive videos or photos or any proof of life of these dogs. We are extremely concerned. When I asked Joey about the dogs, I got blocked. We have been trying to contact them for months.

Does anyone know where to go to report this? We are genuinely most concerned about these dogs.

We also wanted to share this experience to spread awareness. Make sure you ask the right questions, look at the foster or adoption form, etc. we are hoping the dogs are ok. Thank you.
