Anyone know if the Japanese Version of Puma King 20 Ultimate (JP HG/AG) would fit similarly to the American Puma King 20 Ultimate FG/AG?

Anyone know if the Japanese Version of Puma King 20 Ultimate (JP HG/AG) would fit similarly to the American Puma King 20 Ultimate FG/AG?

Link to the Japanese version above. I play mostly on AG and was considering copping a pair of the HG/AG versions; don't think you can buy these in the US. The US version (FG/AG) fits me tremendously well, but I see that this Japanese version has a different upper.

Probably a pretty niche question, but hoping someone might be able to weigh in. Thank you!

Data Privacy Associates - any recommended resources?

I currently have more of a general corporate/ECVC practice, but am looking to learn more about data privacy.

Associates who started in this space or have lateraled into it, what are the most helpful resources (books, blogs, websites, etc.) you'd recommend for building general knowledge? What are some things you read or did once you joined your firm to build subject matter expertise?

Worst/most underwhelming offices in biglaw?

Just balancing out the earlier thread today on best offices. Give us either:

  1. What you think is actually the worst office in biglaw that you've seen; or
  2. an office so underwhelming (relative to firm wealth, size, prestige, etc.) that it feels like the "worst".

Hamstring - Grade 2? Any anecdotes about recovery timelines?

I injured my hamstring a few weeks ago and the PT thought it was a Grade 1. I unfortunately re-aggravated it and now have bruising (started showing up 2-3 days after the reinjury).

I'm scheduled to get back in with the PT for another session, but just wondered if anyone else could share their anecdotal experiences on recovery timelines. I'm guessing it'll be like 6-8 weeks given the bruising, to be honest.

I can walk with a bit of a limp. Hamstring is fairly painful when sitting in certain situations but it's getting better.

Dedicated desk rental for one person?

Hey Mountain View community!

Wondering if anyone has any leads re: a dedicated desk for a remote worker (i.e. one I can rent as a workspace, leave monitors/office supplies at overnight, etc.). It doesn't have to be fancy at all, I'm just looking for a more social place to work than my house.

I'm already familiar with Hacker Dojo and will be touring, but if anyone has any non-obvious leads (e.g. someone with an extra desk in their office, etc.) I would appreciate a heads-up or an intro! Budget is ~$500.

I've seen articles about how a bunch of Mt. View office spaces are empty, so I wondered if there might be anyone with some underutilized space.
