Has this happened to anyone?

DHL Express International is a joke — package stuck in Leipzig for 6 days with zero explanation

I shipped a package via DHL Express International and it has been sitting at the Leipzig sorting facility since May 23rd. That's 6 days. On an EXPRESS service.

The shipment history just keeps showing "Processed at LEIPZIG-DEU" over and over — May 23, May 24, May 25, May 26. Same location. No movement. No explanation.

Contacted DHL support and it was completely useless. No one can tell me why it's stuck, what's happening, or when it will move.

Has anyone else had this happen at Leipzig? Is this a known issue right now? Any tips for actually getting a resolution because I'm losing my mind.

DHL Express is supposed to be their PREMIUM service. This is embarrassing.
