Interviewing for an assistant manager position tomorrow with no prior regal background. Managed a local movie theater that used Veezi & GDC a few years back, and am a supervisor at a fast food restaurant currently. Not sure how qualified I am to be stepping into that building but I am excited. What is working/managing at Regal like? What are the mission & values? Any advice from current managers?
