Is anyone currently supplying to DMart ? Or any ref tht can help me ?

Hello guys. I have planned some products to sell on Walmart USA. I completed all the steps of onboarding it on the seller centre and creating shipments.
But now I m stuck bcz they need IOR for clearance and tarrif on India keeps on increasing.
I m doubtful if I should do this. As my first shipment will be by air so it will be a total loss. But if we send larger shipments we can earn enough profit if we get good amount of sale as it is Ecom and if there are no hidden charges.
But transport is killing it with 20$ extra for IOR every shipment + freight. Idk about later charges like marketing everything.
The RM is insisting on sending the inventory but when u r investing u hv to think about everything.
So anyone who can help me or has done this before? Will it be profitable? Or we will be stuck in the loop ?
Hello. My family has a business of plastic mats the ones which we call chattai. So I was thinking wht if I make different modern designs like the ones sold in Europe n usa will it work in India ?

If I start a brand will it be successful? Do the Indian consumers invest in carpets/ rugs for their homes? As there already is a lot of competition in this field so instead of sleeping mats if I make mats which we can use it in different ways will it work out ?

Hey guys, I was just thinking how bad is the export market now?
My market is mostly gulf countries so I have been impacted a lot due to it, also my one container is stuck in the hormouz for 2 months.
So I would like to know from ppl exporting to Europe and Other countries. How's the market there, are the material prices increasing or any other issues u r facing?
