Periods HELP stayfree pads discontinued any other options??

Stayfree ultra thin dry touch xl pads have been discontinued

Ik it's not one of the safest pads but it's the one i used on my heavy flow days for 10 years .....and now they are not on most malls or pharmacies and they are available online for some months until their stock runs out

They are changing to a different name and packaging but that would take time to be here in India also in store offline

I'm so anxious because these were my no thought go to pads

PLEASE RECOMMEND SIMILAR PADS LIKE STAYFREE ULTRA THIN DRY TOUCH XL PADS

1.They should have that plastic lining ..or dry cover .( Ik that's not good but it's the only thing that doesn't make it feel wet and gooey down there )

Many pads say they have dry cover like sofy pads but it's a cotton cover that feels bad

  1. Possibly thin but now a necessary thing but just have the same feel as the stayfree one

I'm only looking for that type of dry cover and that size please please help me find it

It's soo important to meee

Does eating good matter more than skincare????

Okay so would have seen many people around you who have like flawless skin but eat ton of junk ...ik genetics are at play here but still

I'm starting to eat more nutritionist meals and it's gonna cost me some money as I don't live in home ...like 2k monthly .....eating protein in form of edamme and taking care of guts health

So I was thinking of cutting from my skincare budget...like all the excess serums like vit c, niacinamide, retinol and all

If you followed something similar ....so did eating good made you skin better than skincare or you still do the same skincare

Hwo many hours do people in tech work for ??( Good wlb?)

I have a friend in my society she is in IT COMPANY ( which mass hires) pune ....20YOE and started as a software engineer now some project manager ig

She gets good leaves and has work from home during that also I have seen her work for like max to max 3 4 hours

And then In the office she just has to stay there for 3 hours and come back

She had a family emergency once last year and she had some plans where she would just go and punch her card and come back

So is it really good for techies if they have 15+ yoe

Also she never switched company

So being in the same company gave her these benefits and i think it's a good work life balance

People with half her salary work like 8 to 12 hours a day with no WFH

So is it good ....or she is just a rare case

Is it really as easy as this wanted to know working hours of more people

Edit : the comments are mostly 50/50 do ig it's better

I didn't wanna join tech cuz of no life and other things but if this is the reality then what should I do

I was aiming for a psu job in EC OR EE now I'm confused with IT
