Class was canceled so they offered free open pole instead... and no one else showed up!

I bought a pole in November and have been taking studio classes about once a week since January or February. This was my first time trying out open pole and I got very close to canceling from nerves... shoutout to my wife for pushing me to go anyway. Getting to dance alone for an hour with high ceilings and ample floor space was absolutely incredible.

Edit: I had naively assumed there would be music playing already and didn't come prepared to connect to speakers. Don't repeat my mistakes! Dancing in silence felt very dream sequence especially in today's heat but it would have been nice to listen to something other than my own heavy breathing, pole squeaks, and periodic autism chirps lol

I've bought a lot of corsets at thrift stores...

I was casually looking at yoga pants today when someone pushed past me in the competitive way that can happen at the thrift store... I didn't fight it and decided to go through the whole workout rack and wait my turn. I got to the end where it transitions to lingerie and there they were... I live in San Francisco so it's not the craziest thing in the world but I also never thought it would happen to me! As a kid I imagined getting a Dark Garden corset for my wedding, wedding came around and it was too big an expense to justify. These were $16 each and fit me well. I'll probably keep one and rehome the other. Deep breaths.
