Raw animal fat > raw meat

There was someone following the schedule from the book, and who had read Aajonus' books and Q&As

He didn't know why he was irritable and fatigued for months and was about to give up

I notice he was eating a good amount of meat, and a decent but lower amount of fat

I told him: try eating more fat, or less meat, or both

He told me a couple weeks later that it worked

Why is this?

From several things Aajonus said, it seems that eating raw meat uses fat, to digest, and for detox. I remember Ebrahim (Aajonus' cameraman) that a guy who had more scar tissue in his second iris reading with Aajonus than at the start because he had been eating lean meat without fat.

This means that the fat that the meat uses takes away from your stores of fat that need to go towards giving you energy, and protecting you from toxins.

So while eating raw meat is essential, and the more of it, the better, eating more meat usually means you need to eat even more fat than you do.

And if you can't do that... then eat less meat. Yes, you can be recommended to eat less meat on this diet. The balance is more important than the net amount of meat.

Fat is the #1 most important thing, especially animal fat. Aajonus repeats this often and it's not a hyperbole, and exaggeration, like some people seem to say.

How to know you may need a higher fat to meat ratio?

Signs of fat deficiency: low energy, irritability, dry skin/hair/lips, constipation, more pain from detox.

Important note:

If you eat other things that cause detox, like fruits, you need to eat more fat as well.

Even taking a hot bath could use up more fat (long hot springs sessions often leave me with dry lips dry throat).

WARNING: Beginners should not force detox (moldy/fermented plants, lymph baths)

Over the years, too many beginners want to detoxmaxx and we see posts like "eating moldy berries to detox all my heavy metals". Very bad idea when starting. You don't want chronic fatigue and freeing an overwhelming enough amount of toxins at once to damage yourself.

Even lymphatic baths can be dangerous when done too early.

Moldy/fermented plant foods force much more detox.

In comparison, moldy/fermented animal foods are more balanced. Yes, they also detox more than their fresh counterparts, but also provide nutrients that protect the body from said detox.

Which means that moldy/fermented plant foods will start freeing toxins in such high amounts that you would need to eat a lot more raw animal fat and minerals separately to protect your body from it, and even then, it would be too harsh.

This is why in Aajonus' unreleased detox book, he said he would tell people to wait around 2.5 years before forcing such "advanced" detox with moldy/fermented plant foods. He even said, exaggerating or not, to avoid k***ing yourself, "going off the deep end", "making it deadly". Yes, these are actual quotes of what he said was going to be in his detox book.

Good news: You CAN still detox extremely fast by eating high quantities of raw animal fat, raw oysters, raw unsalted cheese. Pretty much the more of those you eat, the faster you detox, it could make it 3x faster. And those are pretty much self-contained. You can eat more and more of those and they take care of the toxins they bring out, while feeding you.

More expensive though, but your body can't afford opening the gates of detox hell if it's not ready, you should be strong like an ox before risking it.

This is not medical advice by the way, I'm cautioning against taking needless risks.

I've done a lab analysis of my hair detox after eating moldy berries and it was insane, I had extremely high levels of aluminum and lead coming out, it gave me tons of hair loss.

Now about lymphatic baths. Those are the LONG hot baths.

Short hot baths are mandatory every 4 days to sweat out toxins that are already freed and have been moved and deposited under the skin for elimination.

Long hot baths (>45-50min) start OPENING UP lymphatic congestion which is a completely different beast. You can have years of the worst toxicity trapped there. When it starts melting and moving through your body again, it can damage your body enough to cause lupus or MS in the worst case. I knew a skinny girl who did long hot baths and wasn't even on Primal Diet yet, she was very sick for weeks and cursed Aajonus after.

How long to wait? You want to have been on the diet for many months, but the most important thing here is to have extra body fat, preferably be 7kg/15 pounds "overweight".

Other things that cause a lot of detox to not abuse:

- coconut cream (even fresh) and plant oils like olive oil: no more than 4 tablespoons a day and 1-2 on most days, they are 90% "solvent-reactive" (cause detox more than they feed). Aajonus spoke of how one guy (Paul Cohen, a famous tennis player and former coach for John McEnroe) who constantly ate so much coconut cream and it started making him crazy and it started literally coming out through his eyes

- vinegar: similar as above

- fruit: even regular fruit, especially the high-carb ones, of the high-enzyme ones (even lower carb when unripe): those are detox bombs. a little fruit can help with handling already free toxins and free just a little bit more to detox at a comfortable pace, but the more you eat, the higher the stress on your body

- certain things like cilantro juice. Doesn't concern the regular green juice (celery/sugarcane etc.) which you can have 1L a day of no problem and doesn't force more detox

What about high meat? That's fine if you eat at least 30% fresh meat. Then over time if you eat a lot of high meat you can even start eating almost 100% high meat only. So it's really mostly about plant foods, especially the fermented/moldy ones, but not only.

Another mold warning:

There is a type of mold that even on raw animal foods can be debilitating, the mycelium. That's the "hairy" mold, and it's the mother of the fungi. That mold can eat dead nerve networks in your body (like it eats dry roots in nature), which is a strong detox, so if you are not eating enough raw meat when that happens, you could leave holes.

One quote:

"So when I do the detoxification book that will come around next spring sometime, it will be out and available, I will suggest these things if you're healthy enough to do detoxification, but never push them, because you will not be able to live with it easily. You will not be able to go to work, you won't be able to function. So don't push anything that I suggest, and make sure you've been on the diet for two and a half years before you push any detoxification, or you're asking for trouble."

You need to sweat every 4 days or your body rots

Aajonus:

"I recommend everybody – unless they’re an athlete who sweats ever day - get into a hot bath for 40 minutes. It’s important because that will stay under your skin and if it builds up year after year, it causes deterioration of connective tissue, destruction of skin, and can lead to lupus, MS, destruction of your nerves - all of your tissues internally. You’ve got to perspire those poisons out of your body."

He says the frequency should be at least every 4 days.

Sweat with hot baths, hot water bottles, sports, or even some type of meditation, etc.

90% of toxins go out through the skin according to Aajonus.

So if you don't sweat, most of these toxins will just accumulated under your skin and damage you.

It's mandatory especially on this diet which has the body detox much more.

Raw egg study debunked

I see there are quite a few people who think they are scientific and dismiss Aajonus' works.

These people often say "this is ridiculously stupid and dangerous, here is a study that proves Aajonus is wrong".

I'm going to take one such study, THE study that is used to say that cooked eggs are superior to raw eggs, and show how inept it is. Most people who cite studies do not know how to read them despite claiming superior critical thinking and more rigorous scientific standards.

There is a commonly accepted myth saying that cooked egg proteins are more digestible than raw.

It comes from that one specific study from 1998:

https://jn.nutrition.org/article/S0022-3166(23)01855-2/fulltext

This study is completely flawed.

First to explain it (shortened):

The participants were 5 ileostomy patients (people whose small intestine is redirected to an opening on their skin).

Where the eggs come from:

They fed hens with two different markers (a stable isotope of nitrogen, and one of carbon).

Those isotopes ended up in the egg proteins that the hens made.

They would use these to trace where the egg protein goes once digested.

They collected the eggs and separated the whites and the yolks.

They directly mixed the yolks with octanoic acid.

They prepared the egg meals for each participant:

- 50g of egg white

- an amount of the yolk mixture

(in a quantity equivalent to one egg yolk)

- another chemical, H-polyethylene glycol

- 200 mL of water

- optional salt

Each participant ate the same meal TWICE, once cooked, and once raw, each one separated by an interval of one week.

That's already enough information for the arguments I'm going to put forward, but there are some more details about the study if you want to read those first:

So, the participants:

- fasted 12h (overnight)

- ate the egg meal at 8:45am in <15min

- could drink water 3h later

- waited 6h to eat again (another meal, "200 mL of a formula food, based on whey, casein and lactalbumin", with another artificial chemical, phenol red)

Repeat 1 week later with the other egg meal

How the measurements were made:

"The patients emptied their ileostomy bag immediately after ingestion of the meal (i.e., at 0900 h), at 1-h intervals throughout the day until 1900 h and at 0900 h the next morning. Breath samples for 13CO2 and 14CO2 were collected before ingestion of the meal and every 15 min thereafter for 6 h."

Their measurements of the nitrogen and carbon markers seemed to indicate that:

- 50% of the raw egg protein got digested,

- 90% of the cooked egg protein got digested.

So the study concludes that cooked egg protein is more digestible than raw.

Wow, sounds very scientific.

Now let's see their mistakes.

What happened is that they drew wrong conclusions from their observations, and didn't account for having too many variables, which is typical in bad studies.

Instead of letting people eat just an egg by itself, they mixed the eggs with two chemicals (octanoic acid and H-PEG).

Those chemicals are foreign to the body, and toxic. So they mixed food with poison.

Raw and cooked foods react very differently to this.

Based on Aajonus' research, raw foods bind to toxins which allows the body to excrete them.

With cooked food, you absorb most of the toxins.

Aajonus did a similar lab experiment: He fed raw and cooked fish to cats, dogs, and himself, and measured the amount of mercury in their stools.

When raw, he measured 92-98% of mercury.

When cooked, he measured 8-12% of mercury.

So much more of the fish mercury stayed in their body when cooked.

Raw foods retain their ionic bounds between nutrients, which allow them to hold onto toxins.

This is why with raw foods, in the presence of toxicity, the body has the ability to let those raw foods go through undigested.

With cooked foods, it has to absorb more gut toxicity.

In the study, the raw egg white and yolk neutralized the toxic chemicals they added to them and that easily explains why up to 60% of the egg white was undigested. In this case, it was a good thing, it literally protected the participants from the foreign, toxic, chemicals.

Results could be vastly different had those chemicals not been added.

For such an important topic, this is the only study that was done about it, and it was done with glaring mistakes like this.

This is how the study should be redone, with real life conditions:

- The eggs are normal, they are not made with adulterated nutrients given to hens

- Participants eat raw or cooked eggs without anything else, especially without artificial compounds mixed with them

- Measurements are done through blood samples instead of stool and breath measurements.

Instead of measuring tracers, we directly measure amino acid in the blood, live.

When the egg gets digested, the nutrients go to the blood, so this will give real-time measurements of digestion.

We measure total amino acids as well as specific amino acids that are abundant in eggs (e.g., leucine, lysine, methionine).

We can further improve the previous study by making participants eat more than one egg.

Instead of just eating one for the whole day, they would one, then another one 30 minutes later, etc.

There will be some surprises as it's possible to eat 30 raw eggs a day without difficulty.

Raw eggs are actually the most easily digestible complete food (with all essential amino acids, fats, vitamins, ...).

A raw egg is fully digested and absorbed into the blood in the first 3-5 inches of the small intestine (duodenum) in only 13-26 minutes.

We can go further and find something even more interesting by measuring stools to see if any undigested egg nutrient is bound to toxins; in this case it would indicate that the raw eggs helped in detoxifying the body. This is literally what Aajonus did. It's a trivial lab measurement.

can't just say: "where did the egg go?" and assume the nutrients were wasted, and assume they were excreted because they were less digestible. That's a lot of assumptions. You can measure this and see that it did something extremely useful instead.

It requires more effort, you need to think, you can't just trust extrapolationmaxxing papers and call everything else a dogma and a cult.

Full Aajonus biography

This is the complete biography of Aajonus (60+ pages) I wrote last year in 3 weeks (it still has some typos). Goes year by year, even month by month, over his life.

Download for free on https://primal-diet.net/books

I find it a good introduction for people who want to learn about him. As you know his book We Want To Live has an auto-biography but heavily narrated and featuring a single storyline that was originally a movie plot, which doesn't cover most of his life, especially the last 16 years since it was first released in 1997.

This biography is in chronological order. Good way to see what he discovered, how, and what he went through to achieve this. Contains many details.

Presentation text:

He ate raw meat to die, and it did just the opposite.

📕 New book:
The Primal Diet™: The Life of Aajonus Vonderplanitz

A complete biography of Aajonus, born John Richard Swigart in 1947.

A math and programming genius at a young age, a savant idiot, who was destroyed by the medical system and was supposed to die at 21 years old with 8 incurable diseases, and 4 cancers, including multiple myeloma, the blood and bone cancer which has a less than 0.01% chance of survival, he ended up creating the Primal Diet, which he claimed can heal 95% of diseases, and allows to live up to 150 years old in optimal health, like the raw-food eating remote tribe he would end up meeting in the Philippines islands in 2008.

As an invalid with 3 weeks left to live, he was saved from certain death by raw milk and raw carrot juice offered to him by a hospice volunteer, Steve Flanagan, who was a singer. He became a nutritionist, studied voraciously with books, and with a tutor, Bruno Corigliano, was making money as an actor and visual artist, and realized he had to travel to observe nature and visit tribes all over North America, from Alaska to Mexico. He thought they were trying to kill him by suggesting raw meat, and ate high meat with them which he thought was made of plants. He crashed as a raw fruitarian vegan, and started fasting to death, in 1976. To die faster, he ate a dead jackrabbit that coyotes brought him, thinking he would get infected, and his life changed.

He never stopped experimenting – spending over a million dollars in laboratory tests, obtaining incredible results with his dozens of thousands of patients, including high-profile celebrities and athletes –, and fighting for people's rights to choose healthy food, becoming a leader of the movement for the legalization of raw milk – amassing legal victories – and a major opponent to vaccines and big pharma, until his death in 2013.

Is he even dead? Was it an accident, was he killed by his powerful opponents in the industry and the government who had tried to assassinate him multiple times? Did he stage his death?

Today, he is considered a pioneer, still ahead of our times. His extremely influential works are only starting to be explored, and his legacy lives on.

Discover Aajonus' entire life, how he came to make his health discoveries, the many life-threatening situations he ran into and how he survived them, how he lived, the people he met, how he was propelled to fame and censored at the same time, and the legal fiasco that would lead to his demise.

Aajonus didn't say zero water

There is a common misconception that Aajonus says to not have any water whatsoever, or that it's strictly inferior.

He did say water is not hydrating, and to get water molecules from raw foods (milk, green juice, etc.)

He said water is a solvent, it dissolves things.

Take too much of it and you dilute your blood and dissolve yourself like water erodes rocks.

But this is actually the reason why we need some.

Water helps with detox. Aajonus recommends to have a little, especially when you start the diet, when your needs for detox are higher. Whenever you experience a heightened detox, you may need a bit more (that's what Aajonus did).

So have some even if you're not thirsty rather than waiting to get too thirsty and guzzling down high amounts of it.

Water is bad when you have it too fast, that's when it dissolves you the most and leeches nutrients away.

Have raw milk, raw green juice, etc. for fluids.

Have plenty of raw animal fat for hydration, moisturizing, raw butter, raw cream, etc.

Have a couple sips of water with your sports formula or fruit meal, for example. Could be half a cup a day, depends.

Of course, only natural water. Not tap water and preferably not from plastic bottles.

You will notice that when you detox, you get more thirsty for water. You could even experience the weird phenomenon of drinking green juice and getting more thirsty from it. Or eating a fruit (rich in water) and getting thirsty for water. An indication the body needs some more solvent to break down toxicity that may just have been freed, or raw fat to harness the toxins, both possible, often both go together.

Just don't make water the primary thing you reach for when thirsty, you need fluid-rich raw foods and plenty of raw fat, especially raw animal fat, then you won't go overboard with the water and weaken yourself if you drink a lot on a regular basis, especially on 100% raw which is detox-heavy.

And if you happen to drink a bit too much water, have more raw milkshakes to replenish the mucus linings of your intestines, kidneys, etc.

Yes, if you were toxin-free, like wild animals or humans in pristine environment, you would almost never touch water, but just like for green juice, we need more due to toxicity. At some point, after many years, you don't need it anymore and it even becomes detrimental to consume more than minuscule amounts of it (which is what Aajonus reported when nearing in on his 40 or so years of raw diet).

If you still eat cooked foods, you may need even more water.

Marinated raw meat

Take any white meat (seafood or fowl) and pour enough lemon juice to cover it

Wait a couple hours

The meat turns grey, changes texture. It looks and tastes a bit similar to cooked meat but is still raw, the lemon juice fermented it and broke it down in a way that doesn't harm nutrients or generates toxins like cooking does.

Tastes good

The Aajonus story is real, even people who would never eat raw chicken will eat this, it happened to me with someone I know

If the lemon taste is too strong then press the meat before eating to squeeze out the juice

Other info:

You can do it with red meat but then the red meat will not be used to regenerate your body, it will be used for energy or detox. Meanwhile white meat can still be used for regeneration.

Avoid marinating with lime juice because lime juice is antibiotic, prevents fermentation, which is the opposite of lemon juice which promotes bacterial growth. Yes, traditional ceviche is more made with lime juice, which will still break down the meat with its acids, but will hinder bacteria, which are the most important thing for digestion.

You can use other things to marinate, onion, garlic, fresh herbs, bell pepper, ... You can see cooking channels marinate meat in all kinds of seasoning, like adding yogurt, spices, etc. You can use many raw foods. But lemon juice alone is simple and works very well.

New discovery: clarified lubrication formula

I'm sharing here the discovery I made last December.

It's an improvement over the moisturizing-lubrication formula (confirmed by Aajonus' words).

Instead of using raw butter, you use clarified raw butter. This removes the 20% of milk solids and only leaves the butter "oil".

Since lube formula works by how fast you can digest it, that's the point of it and what makes it work for what it does, reaching certain places of your body that never get any fat etc. etc., the butter oil is much faster to digest without the impediment of the milk solids.

It also tastes right. People who tried it prefer it.

Most clarified butter is not raw, though (like ghee). But you can make it raw. You just have to heat 35-38°C (under cooking temperatures) for quite some time (can take more than an hour), then the butter oil separates on top and it's easy to pour it off. You can use a sous-vide heater to do this, photo of the setup attached.

When I tried this, I searched on aajonus.net if Aajonus ever talked about it. I searched about the Weston A. Price butter oil, suspecting it to be similar, and someone did ask Aajonus about it once. He said it would probably make the lubrication formula 2x faster to digest, and that it could be a game-changer for very sick people. However, he said it would also cost 2x more to buy that Weston A. Price butter oil, which they obtain through centrifugation. My method though is only 1/5 more expensive, and relies on heat below cooking temperatures.

The Primal Diet Conference scam: Phoenix Be and Primal Planitz exposed

https://primal-diet.net/phoenix-be

This is the final article on Phoenix Be, the man who lies about being Aajonus' official successor, and his crew, composed of Chris u/eatrawmeatofficial, Kimberly Williams, Sam Schulte, Jeff Slay, Betsy, Tom Moestl, and now Leo u/residentraw.

This is the single worst takeover attempt in the history of the Primal Diet, and it involves many people.

The result of 2 years of investigation are present in this article.
- Phoenix the Impostor
- Attacking Primal Diet websites
- Covering up Aajonus' unreleased data
- Phoenix and the 2021 Kim-Mia hostile takeover
- Complicity with an abuser involved in crimes
- Sam Schulte's complicity
- Kimberly Williams' complicity
- The scam
- Food quality issues without warnings
- Phoenix's defamation against me
- Phoenix and Avyanna's gender ideology
- Phoenix promotes depopulation
- Other accomplices in Phoenix's lineup
- Refusal to address issues
- Complicity of other scammers and abusers
- Superficial friendliness
- Motives and psychology of Phoenix

You will see how bad it is. Phoenix/Mihaly promotes supplements, is against iridology, is against cheese, ...

A great amount of coaches and influencers have turned their back on him after being presented with the previous articles I made, this one finishes the job.

Keep sharing this article so that Phoenix continues losing all his support. It helps many people not get scammed by them and will finish shutting them down, if they refuse to amend their ways. This is our greatest leverage and it's very effective, everyone has praised this article and learned much from it, including about recurring hostile takeover attempts, like the 2021 one Kim-Mia did.
