Testing really low on GRE and having trouble studying. Should I take the EA?

My top school and program I want to apply accepts the EA (Executive Assessment) with the "same" weight as the Gmat or Gre. I'm currently testing REALLY low on GRE (303Total) badly on both verbal and quant, even thought verbal practice questions I do really well. I've been studying a bit inconsistently for the past four months, and I want to apply to my program in September.

I work really long shifts (14+ hours) at the moment, so sometimes I come home and I simply cannot study at all, which has made my studying inconsistent.

Plus, I tried Magoosh and Gregmat and the way the learning is structured just wasn't clicking at all, and I felt like the subjects were disorganized.

I decided to try Target Test Prep and I think this definitely is more suited to my needs for learning, but realistically my window is now short, and I cannot cram my studying in 1.5 months.

I tried a few practice questions from the EA and without even knowing anything about the test, It seems much easier to my background knowledge and skills. Should I just pivot away from GRE and take a chance on EA?

Any advice would be super helpful!

Looking for help/volunteers to create datamoshing-like effects for Found Footage short film!

Hello everyone,

I'm a young filmmaker, and I directed and am currently editing a found footage horror film. I'm still in the editing stage but I'm feeling a bit stuck. I need to do some rough sketches for some VFX to add to the story. It's not exactly VFX, but more a manipulation of the digital footage.

I have some ideas for some effects to make the footage look a little bit "damaged", but my little experience in TD is definitely limiting me. I was wondering if there's anyone who'd be interested in helping out either with some tips for how I could achieve my desired effect, or would want to take a crack at it when I'm a bit further into the editing stage. This is footage shot on a Gopro 5.6K Prores 422.

It's a zero budget film, but obviously full credits and social media shoutout would be given, as well as maybe a lunch if we end up meeting (NYC local).

I'd appreciate anyone willing to lend me some of their expertise and time!

Anyone have good practice questions for quant to supplement Gregmat?

Hello,

I've been following the I'm overwhelmed plan from Gregmat and I really enjoy learning the concepts but I genuinely can't with the mini quizzes and test your knowledge quizzes.

They are so much harder, and I feel discouraged and I think my learning rhythm suffers because I can't practice as much.

Anyone have good quant practice resources? I used to have Magoosh but I don't want to pay for two services at the moment. Hopefully free ones would be appreciated!

I want to get some practice in before I start doing the official practice tests.

Thanks!

I feel like reta was more effective when I started?

I started with two weeks of 0.5, two weeks of 1mg, two weeks of 1.5mg and now I did one week of 2mg.

I feel hungrier now and crave much more sugar, and it's a bit harder to stop eating. Also no weightloss (did less exercise and ate more sugar cause of the cravings)

Anyone experienced this?

Should I go up in dosage? Should I do 3mg or go straight to 4 after few weeks on 2?
