2000s fruit snack

Okay here is what I remember:

Texture- not sticky when chewed like scooby doo or shark gummies. Clear and glossy like an albanese gummy bear

Flavors- cherry, orange, grape, green apple, strawberry, unknown flavor (as a kid I called it grapefruit but who knows). The orange is a full circle disk shape with a detailed wagon wheel pattern.

Packaging - individual snack bags. Maybe yellow.

I always got these at White Castle with my dad growing up but after extensive googling it may have been a franchise specific decision because I cannot find anyone else talking about receiving fruit snacks at White Castle in the 2000s.

See drawing for shapes. Photo one is all flavors I remember. Photo two is trying really hard to make the grape and "grapefruit" shapes make sense.

Breweries vs bars and children

Question applying to KY, USA. Not looking to debate if kids SHOULD be allowed in breweries or bars or whatever. Just legally why sometimes they are, and sometimes they're not.

I cannot find an answer online as to what the hell loophole breweries discovered to allow kids to hang out there with their parents, and specifically why that doesn't apply to other bars or places also primarily serving alcohol.

I know if >50% of the establishments' revenue comes from food, there is more flexibility with bringing the whole family. But I cannot fathom a lot of these breweries selling 1 hotdog for every 20 beers is making more than half their money from food.

Examples-

Establishment 1: Brewery. Families with children everywhere, juice boxes on the menu. Off premise kitchen selling appetizers (food truck). I believe the food truck operates under the same ownership and license.

Establishment 2: Dive bar with grill. Strict 21+ only all hours even with full menu and table service. Many people go there just for food and the kitchen often has more staff than bartenders.

Why is establishment 1 allowed to have children everywhere even with fewer and off premise food options? Now, establishment 2 may be 21+ only due to preference of ownership/mgmt but this just has me thinking.
