I decided to shave my beard since I thought I had the herp(3rd) (doc said it’s bacterial infection) n gave me mupirocin. The rest of my face never crusted or anything tho unlike the stache.

Update: Doc looked at it for 10 sec and said it’s just a skin infection since there was no burning or nun, I’m also in Thailand so they give antibiotics more commonly here. She gave antibiotic cream and tablets
