Need help identifying a deity

Hello everyone,

As the title says, I need help identifying (what I think is) a deity.

I'm pretty new to my spiritual journey and a few months ago, I started meditating daily. During a meditation, I saw a young girl, probably about 14 years old with thick black hair and tan skin wearing a white dress standing next to a child version of me. This made an impression on me since I hadn't seen her before. Shortly after that, life got busy and I stopped meditating for a while. I picked meditation back up last week and last night while I meditated I saw the dark haired girl again but this time she was an adult, probably in her late twenties or so, wearing a white dress and sitting on a chaise next to some tall white columns. Her hair was very thick, slightly frizzy, and she was making some interesting movements with her hands as if she was beckoning to me.

I'm wondering if this figure sounds familiar to anyone. It could also be a spirit guide or maybe my version of the Goddess, but I wanted to see what you all think. Have a beautiful day ❤️

Spider buddy 🕷️

I found this little guy crawling on my phone. I picked him up with a stick and placed him close to a tree where he managed to crawl towards me and hang out on my backpack. Guess I've got a spider buddy now 😋

Happy summer solstice!

I'm a busy mom of two so sadly I don't have much time to do anything elaborate. But I lit a candle and drew a little sun sigil in the wax to commemorate the holiday. Happy solstice everyone!

Thank you

I want to say thank you to everyone on this sub for your love, support, and overall awesomeness. Unfortunately my last post had to be removed because it contained some sensitive themes. I was having a spiritual dilemma as to whether or not to pursue the study of magic, paganism and witchcraft, and you all encouraged me to live authentically. Thank you, this is such a great community ❤️

Witchcraft and religious trauma

Hi everyone,

So long story short, I grew up in a very Catholic household. Growing up, anything that wasn't Christian/Catholic was "evil". My family also had a lot of problems, and all problems were blamed on "evil" and "the devil". It's probably no surprise that my family also suffered with addiction and my toxic home life led me to develop intense anxiety.

I say all this because I have been interested in paganism, witchcraft, and magic but have held back. Anytime I feel like doing a spell, a voice in my head tells me that I will be punished and that what I am doing is wrong. I know that this is just anxiety talking (and yes I am in therapy and on meds), but it still gets in the way of my spiritual growth.

I would love some insight from anyone who has had a similar experience or just a pep talk or even a virtual hug. Thanks y'all! ❤️
