Hey gang,

This is me 6 months into my f45 journey. 102 classes total.

Started at 30% body fat and I'm down to 23.5.

Feeling great and stoked to see what the next 6 months will bring !

Don't judge the patio, it will settle with a bit of time and then I'll re level it :)
