Converting a detached garage into granny annexe

Hello all

This is my garage. It's detached from my house which can be seen on the right of the photo. The garage is attached to neighbours garage on a shared driveway. Would I be able to get planning permission to convert this into a granny annexe? From the front all we would change is to put a pedestrian access door in the main garage door so the facade wouldn't change much. We would then put windows in the side of the garage facing out into our front garden.

Would we need permission to do this? Could the fact it's connected to neighbouring garage be a problem?

This is probably ridiculously niche and I will get no replies but did anyone who had a c section, with a resulting c section shelf, find that a second pregnancy with a vaginal birth helped reduce the shelf?

My logic being that the second pregnancy might stretch the scar tissue a little, reducing the shelf, provided baby comes out the traditional way instead of another c section where the scar would need to be reopened and sewn shut again.

I can't say I'm too hung up on it but it is a bit of an insecurity and I'm interested in others experiences
