I’ve been thinking about doing a looong road trip from Shreveport,LA to Charleston, SC to Lexington, VA., probably in October. My family drove the Blue Ridge when I was a teenager and now I’m 71. My sister lived in Blacksburg for awhile and I remember that part of Virginia with fond memories. I’m a little hesitant about making such a long trip but I’d really like to see that part of the country again.

I’ll be driving thru Atlanta in the Fall, what can I expect?
