Vietnamese salted coffee at the Albanifest in Winterthur. 10CHF for a water down cheap Robusta??? Not recommended
Found a coffee shop in Basel worth stopping by. Staff is amazing and the coffee is just spot on. Many varieties you can ask and try different beans.
Tried MAME Full Bloom with my phin filter
Everyone was saying MAME beans were sour and now I see how sour it can be :)
It’s official, this will be the subreddit’s logo

Notes:
Tried the Mame Full Bloom and was pleasantly surprised. Very low acidity
which makes it an easy drinker, no sharpness or bite at all. The nuttiness
is the star here, comes through clearly from first sip to finish. Sweetness
is natural and rounded, not overpowering. Sits really well in balance with
nothing sticking out awkwardly. A great choice if you prefer a smooth,
comfort-style espresso over something bright and fruity.
Has anyone tried roasting their own coffee?
Hello all, I’m planning to get this machine to roast my own coffee at home. I need a few recommendations if you have experience with doing so and how does importing the green coffee beans to Switzerland looks like. Happy to share my own roasted coffee with you Redditors.
Next quest, I will probably plant my own coffee tree if I set up my own “esstrich” good enough with help of chatGPT.
Bought a new scale from Amazon
For the price if 30eur, insane quality to price ratio. Maestri House KC200
Latte art attempt with Soy Sauce for the coffee and Water with Soap for the foam :)

The shot I pulled this morning using PHIN’s Hanoi Haze
I grind a bit too coarse, hence the spraying. But somehow grinder finer makes it way too sour and I like mine bitter.
