Dragon Puffer fry day 53
This whole process and journey has been super rewarding and they still have so much growing to do.
Can't wait until they are eating white worms and blackworms. Ill update you guys then.

Pulled another clutch from the Dragon Puffers, hour later most were swimming. Good timing I guess. Was hot this week only took 7 days instead of 8 days . 🤞
I transferred the fry to a grow out aquarium and can finally view them from the front, here they are eating grindal worms.
Have a pair of Pao palembangensis (dragon puffer)
That started breeding a month ago and lay eggs every 2-3 weeks. If you want anymore info just ask. I have plenty of videos on the process on my YouTube channel

Thank you
The fry are doing amazing, this video they're eating bbs, they also eat grindal worms on rotation. Im feeding 3 - 4 times a day, with a full time job its the most i can do. Ill transfer them to a grow out in a few weeks or sooner if they get a growth spurt.
Just an update on the fry, they are eating bbs and micro worms, another week ill try grindal worms .
Parents also spawned again last night, seems like I need more fry trays and grow outs tanks.🤪
Here is the best close up of the Dragon Puffer Fry I left with the parents. They are all over the aquarium, parents aren't eating them yet, these are on a terracotta pots. I will grab them out as I see them.
I collected about half the eggs , the male is still fanning the rest, currently in a Lowell's fry tray i printed and in 40 gallon aquarium. Should be hatching in next 24hr.🤞
Today is day 6 and I have an updated video.
I will be pulling some eggs not all so dad doesn't kill mom. Wish me luck 🤞, I will update as they start free swimming
Picked up a pair of dragon puffers that were surrendered to my lfs about a month ago. Came down early morning before work to check on the fish room and saw this. Am I super lucky or not.
