Am I any good?

I’m turning 14 soon and I’m a freshman. I run track but wanted to know if any of my times are promising whatsoever
100: 12.36
200: 27.58
400: 1:05
110: 20.84
400H: 1:18.23
800: 2:41
1600: 6:23
3200: 15:05
5k: 27:22
Do I have any real chance of ever being good later in high school or even maybe making track in college? For reference I’m a guy who focuses on sprints.

I suck at the 200 and 400

So I’m a sprinter who does hurdles and the 100, 200, and 400. But I have terrible endurance which ends up with me running 12.5s on the 100 and running 28s on the 200 and a 1:08 on the 400. Any advice on how to improve my stamina or if I’m doing something wrong? Or is there one way I can practice to improve on these

I need a subreddit to help me find a show.

So I’ve been looking but can’t find a good sub for trying to find a show that I can’t remember the name of. Any suggestions?

Is this a realistic goal?

So I’m turning 14 next month and going into high school. I sprint and my current record is about 12.5 and I’m practicing a lot. I wanna be able to run a sub 12 by February of 2027. I wanted to know if that’s a realistic or even possible goal.

I’m lacking motivation to run.

I’m a high schooler who does sprints and I’m trying to run more distances but I constantly just lack motivation to run. I don’t know what I can do about it. No matter how hard I try it just gets boring. I used to love it but now it just feels burdensome. Any advice?

I’m not sure if I’m bi.

So I’m almost 14. I’m a guy. I think I’m bi. I have a girlfriend and I’ve always known I was attracted to women, but I think I might also be bi. I find some celebrities who are men and fictional men hot/attractive but I’ve never had an actual crush on a guy. I’ve already come out to my friends and told them I’m bi but I’m still not sure. I just need to get it off my chest because I’m not completely sure.

Should I join XC

So I’m a high school sprinter who’s almost 14 going into my freshman year. I have no other sports I do but I’m thinking about trying out cross country but I’m not sure if it would help enough to care or if I could even do it. My fastest mile ever was 7:06 and the longest I’ve ran was 3.14 miles. I honestly do t know if I should try it because I don’t have any unbiased opinions but I’m being pressured by my friends. Should I?

What potential do I have and how can I reach it?

I’m a 13 year old male turning 14 next month and I am planning on joining cross country a year from now. My current stats are a 7:06 mile, a max distance of 3.14 miles, and a 30 minute 5k. I was just curious if I had any potential to be able to run cross country and if so how can I work out to reach that potential? I normally just run track as a sprinter if it matters at all.

Am I fast for my age?

So I’m a boy 13 turning 14 next month and I’m a sprinter going into my freshman year. I have a pr of 12.73 on the 100 but consistently run around a 13 flat. I have a pr of 27.78 on the 200 but I normally run around a 29. And on the 400 I have a pr of 1:08 but can run around a 1:10. I’m just wondering with my speed where I’m at. If I’m fast, slow, average, and just if I’m doing well for my age and gender?

I need advice on how to practice my sprints

So I’m a 13 year old boy turning 14 next month and I’m going into my freshman year. I’m a sprinter and my current pr is 12.73. I want to bring that down below a 12.5 by October but I don’t really know what kind of practice to do for that or how to workout for my sprints. If anyone has advice it would be greatly appreciated.
