I built something for airports… and want you to tell if it’s a good idea!
I had this thought while waiting at an airport:
Everyone is physically surrounded by hundreds of people… but completely socially isolated.
And I don’t mean that in a deep philosophical way, I mean literally:
* You might be sitting next to someone you’d actually get along with
* Could be a friend of a friend
* Could be someone from your industry/workplace/school/hostel
* Could just be an interesting stranger
And none of you will ever know.
So I ended up vibe-coding something called “Hifli”
It shows you people around you at the airport and lets you send a “ping” if you want to connect. If they ping back, it’s mutual. If not, nothing happens. After the flight, everything disappears.
But honestly… I’m not even sure if this is useful or just a solution looking for a problem.
It could be:
* mildly interesting for 2 minutes and then completely ignored
* or just something that sounds cool in my head but doesn’t work in real life
So I’m not really “launching” this.

If you’re curious / want to try it anyway, I’m opening early access/testers here:
👉 HiFli Waitlist
(Fill in the details and I’ll share the early version with you when it’s ready to test)
Be brutally honest:(open to hear you)
* Would you ever use something like this at an airport?
