pushing off onto less dominant foot

whenever i'm doing regular 1 foot forward glides, those are fine. however i'm trying to get a stronger push off from a backward crossovers to a mohawk but i've only got backward crossovers in one direction so far, and that's the direction where if i wanna do a mohawk, i'll have to push off onto less dominant foot. so i need tips on how to get a stronger push off and/or any drills that can help me get a stronger one foot glide if that's the case thanks ^^

learn to skate program uk

hii!! i've been self teaching for some time and i wanted to enrol for the LTS program (uk). i've gone up to getting solid backward crossovers but can't spin and haven't practiced turns yet properly so i've skipped a few elements in the levels i think. i wanna enrol into the program but since i've never been before i'm not sure what level i should put my self in (either 1-3 or 4-10). ** (pls see the very bottom)

i'm leaning more towards 1-3 but i don't want to waste my time/money learning the basics, however i'm not to keen on going straight into level 4+ since i've never been to an actual lesson before and want to solidify my technique and stuff.

also with the absolute basics like the marching in level 1, not to sound egotistical or whatever, but will i still have to demonstrate that even though i'm a confident skater in regards to gliding? if i go into level 1-3, will i just have to demonstrate that i can do those skills? and if so, then what? (i know i'll probably go into the level 4-10 group, but how will that be structured since level 4 and 10 seems like quite a big gap, like are there multiple coaches and multiple blocks of each levels across the ice? and how will they, and I, know which group i'm supposed to be in since i'm not familiar with the structure of these lessons)
^sorry if these questions don't make sense..

**the LTS level components are quite confusing; whenever i look it up, it never gives me a clear outline of which elements belong to which level so i'm not sure which level i'm at so it would help if i could get some clearance on that too if possible thanksss

2 foot spins

i'm struggling on getting my 2 foot spins cs the parts i'm struggling with is how to position my arms because i've been told to put them in an L shape, a V shape, one arm forward one arm behind, and idk which position i'm supposed to do/is the most effective. im also lost with the amount of power im putting into my arms as i feel as if when i'm putting in all my power, i end up going off balance, but when i don't put enough power, i end up not even going half a rotation. i'm obviously tryna get that middle point but it's either one or the other that's happening so i need advice on how to get that middle point if possible :p my pivots are really good it's just the taking off process that i'm struggling with with the arms and stuff. i ALSO dont know where exactly on my feet i'm supposed to be standing; i know it's the rocker/ball of my feet, but am i supposed to be lifting my heel/ almost going up to my tiptoes to reach the rocker for spins? any help is appreciated thanks!! ^^
