Starts with a 'D'

Ever since watching Starstruck, I've come across a good few unrelated Youtube videos using this melody (that they use in D20 for curious, mysterious scifi vibes). Every time I hear it, my brain short circuits because I strongly associate it with ASO.

The latest is in Andy Cooks latest video about cooking fish when he talks about the tuna industry. 😂

I kind of just winged a recipe. Following measurements are for 5.5 tubs

270 ml plant-based double cream
450 ml greek yogurt
450 ml soy milk
2 scoops allulose
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
Mix all with blender

For this 1 tub of Guinness ice cream (to max)
2 tbsp dark muscovado sugar
250 ml Guinness
Mix is saucepan and reduce on medium low heat simmer until halved

I spun on light ice cream setting, then respin. The centre seemed perfect when I scooped and gave to family, but then I scraped the sides and bottom with a spoon, flattened and another respin. The ice cream still had icy bits throughout. How can I scrape icy sides and spin again without just incorporating ice everywhere?
