Can mixing 2 different RAM sticks that are same latency and speed, Example(16gb 3200mhz cl16 Redragon + 16gb 3200mhz cl16 Kingston) be that bad?

I found a redragon stick that rarely goea on sale for a good price and bought it and i probably will not find any more redragon sticks for a good price when I have the money for buying another one. So I would probably one with same cl16 and 3200mhz, but from another brand. Would that be that bad? What i need to consider before buying?
