SAVOURY BREAKFAST

I hate making breakfast!!! 2 eggs & steak spice is my goto. Only sometimes will I toast some toast to go with it... What's ur favourite savoury breakfast?? I'm not into cooking something like bacon and standing around in the kitchen for 30 mins early in the morning, I wanna sit & drink my coffee lol.

Something I can prep? Shove in my mouth lol? Something I can easily toss together? Not too many dishes?? Not too much cleanup?? I'd appreciate some ideas cause Ive been starving lately, not enough fuel to survive lol.

HELP!! I can't figure out my tire size hahaah

I know my tire size, I'm struggling to find wheels AND tires. It's 175/65r15 with a 4x100mm bolt pattern. That's all Ive figured out.

So I know 15's the diameter,
is 175 the width in mm?
is the 65 = a 6.5 width?

I KNOW for certain I need 15 inch rims, with a 4x100 bolt pattern.

What's confusing me is all the extra measurements

The offset, bore, and also , am I looking for 6.5 inch wide rims? Or 5.5? Google says 5.5, but that doesn't make sense to me when my tire size says 65. Somebody break this down for a dummy, please.

My car is also not the correct model in any of the online shops. It gets inputted as an electric or luxury model when it's the baseline lol, does that matter also, when it says guaranteed fit, it's guaranteed for the electric car, not my specific model, would that make a difference or overall be the same?

Thanks people. Feel free to drop some jokes because I feel like this is a pretty dumb question hahahah

Trying to understand

When reading through this, there's so many bigger words which my uneducated brain is having a hard time deciphering. Would SOMEBODY explain this for me, for DUMMIES. I'm the dummy. lol.

"montelukast crosses the blood-brain barrier and
accumulates in the brain over time and at levels substantially higher than other body tissues
after 24 hours
. Montelukast inhibits GPR172
, a G-protein coupled receptor that is expressed on
neurons and glial cells in the human brain. "

That and

"A 2020 in vitro study showed the capability of montelukast to directly induce toxicity and
inflammation in HAPI cells4
, possibly through the involvement of PGE2 and ROS, and toxicity in undifferentiated SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells (Tsenge, 2020). "

This

Basically what I'm asking is, through all these coded words, what is the real reason why the brain goes wonky, and then what could be used to level that out or lessen the side effects.

If you actually click the link, it's suggests azithromycin, to help wean off.
But my question for you smart people is,, WHY?
&HOW does it help the mental side of things, less worried about the asthma aspect.

I'm just trying to understand the why and how a little bit more,

Love psychology but neuropsychology is a complete dead end for me.
