Hi guys :) I wanted to know if anyone could point me to some songs that show off Fred’s actual singing voice rather than screaming/rapping. I’ve heard a lot of RMV already but are there any songs post-RMV that feature his voice in this way? ^_^

I’m genuinely going crazy from sleep deprivation. I want to sleep so bad and I’m not sure why I can’t. I was sure my mixed episode was over but maybe I’m wrong? This is like day 6. I’ve taken trazodone twice but now by the time I want to go to bed it’s like 1 in the morning. I’m currently writing this at almost 5am. Is it possible for someone with type 2 to turn into psychosis from no sleep?
I’ve been stuck in this episode for the past few days and I’m really sick of it. It’s like a constant wanting to die plus not being able to sleep and I feel like I’m being mentally tortured. Does anyone have any tips on getting out of it? I’ve been taking my medication as instructed.
