Got into an argument at work over this. I feel like they would have been friends but my coworker said it's a blood vs crip situation. I don't know what to think because my co worker is fat and I'm pre diabetic so I can't take his word.

I have a guy on my jobsite. Total narcissist. Complains to me constantly about problems that are either lies or he threatens me that he’s going to call OSHA. I dial the number and suddenly he doesn’t want to call them. He’s gotten 3 guys thrown off site because he riles them up and in the end we need him more than we need laborers. It’s ridiculous. If it were up to my GC he would be gone but instead his company gets rid of everyone he riles up. How do you guys deal with these people? I’m usually the type to say good morning to everyone on site, I’m always friendly but I’m done with this loser.
Edit: this is my first year on my own as a safety officer on a jobsite so I’m slightly new to verbal and physical altercations taking place on job sites.
Just finished my 4 year program. The knowledge in school didn’t necessarily all stick. What can I read that helped you understand specific concepts, standards,hazards, anything you think made you have a sharper eye for workplace hazards.
Hi so I know a lot of people have already posted about this problem but I have a follow up question to the answer of this question which is cats are very picky and will get bored of flavors of food.
My kitten really really loves chicken and so I had been buying her wet food from applaws chicken flavor for awhile now and mixing it with special kitty wet chicken flavor as well.
She recently stopped eating it which I was taken aback by because she loves her wet food. I had bought about 15 cans or so of applaws chicken flavor and I don’t have the money to buy her new flavors right now so I’m basically just wondering will she eat it at some point? I don’t know what to do because I have all these cans but I don’t even know if she’ll eat them anymore but that’s all I have for her. She has dry food as well I just can’t give her more than what she usually gets per day or I’ll run out faster than usual.
