Why, why do they not have someone tell us it’s closed before waiting?
Long day of travel, just wanted some food at the A gates in the ATL Airport. Get in line at the Chick-fil-a. Wait, get to the front to be told they are “closed”. Such a waste of my time. Could they take one of the 15 employees they had working to stand at the line for 5 min to let us know “hey we are closed” to not then wait with hopes high for food to just be told “we’re closed”
