Piercing no umbigo + academia

Oi, meninas!! Queria botar piercing no umbigo, mas antes queria saber se atrapalha muito na academia durante a cicatrização.

Tipo, eu sei que nos primeiros dias é bom evitar exercícios pra não ficar suando, sei que abdominais por exemplo é fora de cogitação, mas eu queria saber mais se durante a cicatrização tem muitos exercícios que se deve evitar (apesar de tudo, seguir fazendo musculação segue sendo meu foco principal)

Se alguém aí já tiver furado e saber quais exercícios são os melhores pra evitar, eu agradeceria

He's so stupid bro I love him so much

I’ve been doing yumeship commissions for a while now, but this was the first time I drew one for myself.

I had been avoiding doing this because I thought I’d cringe way too much to the point of smashing my computer and crying myself to sleep, but it actually turned out to be super fun! I can’t wait to draw more!! ❤️‍🔥
