What procedure(s) would help fix the laxity/jowling ? 42(F) usa

Any advice on what the least expensive & most impactful cosmetic procedures might be to address the laxity and get rid of the jowls? I know a face/neck lift would be the best route, but I want to wait until I am a bit older.

I am considering getting a hifu device and I tried the nira at home laser which was a waste of $$$. Does anyone have a good experience using an at home hifu type device?

I have also had a sculptra consult and though I think it may help now,it may complicate a.future facelift. I may try Botox in the DAO area because I scowl/frown a lot which has probably contributed to the issue. If you have a similar experience I would love to hear about it! This is my 1st time posting, please be gentle.

Hi everyone!

This is my 1st time posting so please be gentle. I wanted to get some opinions about how to address the aging happening most noticeably in my lower face. I also am showing laxity on my neck and I am really tempted to get a hifu device. Does anyone have good experiences with using an at home hifu?

I am pretty sure a face/next lift would be the best option but tbh I am pretty poor and I want to wait a few years before getting surgery. I have consulted with a medspa I like and have been thinking of sculptra (from an RN),but idk if that will be a good idea if I want to get a lift in the future. I really like non-invasive options but they tend to be more expensive in the long run and difficult to maintain.

I would love some advice for conservative procedures. I want to look like myself but *better (no jowls).

I am also considering dao Botox because I frown a lot and I think that's making this issue worse. Thank you 🏵️
