I NEED HELP GROWING

So ive just moved in w some old folks and they need help growing they say there getting everything right until the fruiting process I believe it might be airborne spores cause theres no stink or anything w the contamination and one box fruits while the other one w the same conditions does not. i just need a lil help with preventing stuff like this from happening.

Hey im new to growing and im just starting with mushrooms but i just lost 90% of my stock during the fruiting process i have the moisture down but its still not helping im doing everything in the book “the mushroom cultivar” and im still losing so much PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN HELP
