Thoughts!?!
My friend sent me this video since they are my two favorite dogs.

I saw this at my local bagel place. I told them they were drowning the orchid. Poor girl thought I was telling her they were drowning the fish. Seriously asked me how the fish could drown. 🤦♀️😒
I recently purchased two 8 acre lots for a total of approximately 16 and 1/2 acres. There are two ponds on the property. We decided to cool off in one pond on 4th of July. Temperatures were near the hundreds. If you do not disturb the water you can see approximately a foot into the depth. I recognize there is a lot of silting into the pond from the area that washes into it. That is a plan for another day. What I am confused by is the temperature of the pond. We are in a drought where I live. Local lakes are feet below level. My pond has maintained it's threshold consistently. The top surface of the water maybe 12 or 16 inches feels very warm as you would expect. Then it is like you break through a wall into super cold water that causes you to get a chill. Is this just a thermodynamics effect? Or is there a possibility that it is spring fed?
He brought it out of the kids room to the couch.
