I forgot I needed to inject tonight and had 2 large glasses of wine earlier around dinner time as I was out with friends. Do you think it will be okay to inject now around 8-9 hours after?

Hey girls, how do you romanticise your weekends? What do you do on the weekends to create fulfilment and make you feel content? What hobbies do you do? Im having a bit of a hard time at the minute with drinking a lot on the weekends and I want to look forward to something else instead. I love cosy girly vibes and I want to become healthier, more mindful and get into wellness more. What does your perfect weekend entail from Friday night to Sunday evening?

Silly question but how do you place your throws on your sofa? I have 2 big throws and I usually put one over the whole back of the sofa and then hang one over one of the arms, but it just messes up as soon as you sit on it and it annoys me 😂 does anyone have any inspo pics of their sofas and throws?

I know it sounds very counterproductive and I will probably get lectured for wanting to drink whilst trying to lose weight, but has anyone successfully done this by maybe calorie banking throughout the week? Nothing crazy I only mean like a bottle of wine on the weekend. If so, how did you deal with the water retention the days after drinking?

I love watching cosy girly TikToks and YouTube videos, day in the life vlogs, little trips to the shops to buy cute things, cosy after work routines, self care vibes, all of that. Does anyone have any podcast recommendations that give off the same kind of vibe?

Basically I want something that feels like those cosy TikToks and YouTube videos but in podcast form for when I’m driving 🤣
