What's the best advice for traveling in the dark? And the best place to harvest gloomberries.

How do you guys travel in the dark? It was great when I had Jezamina's apotheosis or the wailing sword that emitted light, but I've since upgraded to a better weapon and now I'm terrified I'm going to fall off a cliff or waste time walking into walls. Is there a better light emitting weapon (I've sort of got to level 28).

Also, wheres the best place to harvest gloomberries? I wish we could cultivate them.

Archaic essence

I've collected a time off archaic essences of different "grades" or types, i.e. 1,2,3 and 4. What's the difference? I've only used type 1 at the gem forge closest to my base in the Springlands . Do the gem forges in other biomes need higher grade essences?

Nomad Highlands

Just got to the Nomad Highlands and gem in to the shroud a couple of times. How the hell do you get out of the shroud? It's like I'm wandering around in a green mist forever. I just try to collect as much as I can, and them kill myself to get back to base. Is there away that I can actually get out of the endless green mist?

Bows and power level

I've got a common bow (the longbow) and Talion's bow, but it says the longbow has a higher power. Does that mean it causes more damage than a legendary bow?

EDIT: The longbow was from the early stages of the Revel wood. The legendary bow is from the shroud boss near Pikesmead.

Bacon and egg rolls

I'm not Australian, but the missus and her family are. I help the SiL out by making bacon and egg rolls for her canteen or coffee cart. I think the prefect bacon should be slightly crispy with good browning of the fat. The perfect egg yolk should be slightly running so that it spreads through the roll and coats the tongue. My additional trick is to use beef tallow or lard instead of oil on the barbecue to add a more meaty flavour. My partner's family think that the yolk should be cooked solid and the bacon shouldn't be "well done".

What do you guys think makes the perfect bacon and egg roll?
