



I'm editing a DDS file with four RGBA channels. The game saves different textures using different color channels.
The problem is that with the older version 2.10.38, I only needed to select one channel, and subsequent copy-paste operations only affected that channel, allowing me to edit each channel independently.
However, in the newer version 3.2.4, even selecting only one channel still affects all channels.
For example, if I select the green channel and copy-paste a white square, in version 2.10.38 it would only paste onto the green channel, resulting in a green square. In version 3.2.4, it pastes onto all channels, resulting in a white square.
Of course, I could continue using only version 2.10.38, but it would be great if the developers could improve this issue in the future.
