Finished this embroidery stitch-out through iDigitize. Really happy with how the red, black, white, and gold threads came together. What do you think?
Sharing a recent machine embroidery stitch-out. I worked on this design through iDigitize and was happy with how the final stitching came out, especially the details in the design.
What would you change or improve in the next version?
• Product: Trucker Cap
• Design Type: Logo Embroidery
• Focus: Clean borders, sharp corners, and proper placement
• Challenge: Maintaining alignment on curved cap panels
One thing we always focus on during digitizing is how stitches behave on different garment shapes, especially curved surfaces like caps. Proper stitch direction, density adjustment, and underlay selection can make a big difference in the final result.
This was a project completed at iDigitize, where we tested different approaches to achieve cleaner edges and better logo placement.
I stitched this fan-art design as a machine embroidery practice piece on black fabric. I’m testing the fill, outlines, color layering, and how the details look on darker material. I’d appreciate feedback on stitch density, tension, edges, and how to make the finish cleaner next time.
I digitized this fishing fly logo in iDigitize and stitched it on a cap as a machine embroidery test. The design is small, so I tried to keep the details clean without making it too dense. I’d appreciate feedback on the placement, stitch clarity, thread tension, and how to improve small logo embroidery on caps.
I stitched these bulldog designs as a machine embroidery test sample. I’m trying to improve the fill, outlines, small details, and overall clean finish. I’d appreciate feedback on stitch density, thread tension, and how to make the design look cleaner on fabric.
I tried a textured embroidery effect for the tree leaves with black lettering and roots below. This was stitched on light fabric as a test sample. I’d love feedback on the lettering clarity, density, pull compensation, and how to make the final result cleaner.
This is a machine embroidery stitch-out test done on buffalo plaid fabric to evaluate design clarity, stitch density, and edge finishing.
The design was prepared and digitized through the iDigitize workflow, focusing on clean outlines and balanced stitch flow, especially for textured fabric surfaces.

Suggestions from experienced embroiderers would be appreciated
Proud of this clean stitch-out on production run. Grand Mail Centre logo done on machine embroidery with smooth finish and sharp details.
For digitizing I used iDigitize for proper stitch mapping and clean outlines, worked really well for production stability and thread control.
Feedback welcome 👍
