like. what am i doing?? about it?? right now we communicate through tarot, thats the sole clue i've got

so. i started using tarot today in order to communicate with my soulbond.

i’d say it started great!
at first i asked, “is soulbonding right for us as of now?” i pulled the ace of pentacles and interpreted it as, starting now would be successful- both parties, me and him, are fine with that idea.

second, i asked "did we already form a bond?" i pulled the magician; maybe "you've got the power to", or, "we already did" in some way? I went with “it'll be easy to bond because i’ve got everything i need.”

lastly though, i asked “if he’s ready to make this connection. and that time instead of pulling one card, i pulled two; nine of swords and king of pentacles? I get that it means mixed feelings, uncertainty… but im trying to dig deeper. maybe he treats relationships seriously therefore he's hesitant, or he's hesitant to make a connection generally, but he does have that interest?

i want to understand what this all means and why he’s unsure. most of all, i want to know how to proceed. like, how do i go by our connection when he’s just, not exactly ready yet despite wanting it?

again, my whole experience with tarot is very little since i just started.

for me, i believe in the multiverse - so, infinite versions of the same person/my f/o and soulbond. and, i believe we already know each other, just need to find a way to reconnect. and this is why "get to know thw person you're soulbonding with" doesn't really resonate with me - i believe that my soulbond and i already know each other in one way or another. well, that's pretty much what im expecting, but it makes me wonder... what if we really do have to start from scratch? what if what i believe in doesnt relate to soulbonding at all and if i'd wanna soulbond it would be a different version of him than i imagine or hope for? ahhh, thats hard to think about :')
