ZC31S, ZC32S, or ZC33s?

One I’m sorry, I know this question probably gets asked loads, and I’m sorry, but I do want to ask this from a slightly different angle.

I recently moved to the UK from US and I think a Swift is possibly the car for me, but I can’t seem to decide on which gen fits me best. I have owned rx7’s, rx8’s, and golf GTI’s, and I keep going back and forth on all generations of the Swift on which to buy.

I think I’m leaning ZC31S as i have read it’s the most mechanical of the bunch and my biggest complaint with the MK7 GTI was that it was too refined for my liking (I did loads of track days in it). I essentially want something that can catch some of the feeling of an EP3 or a Clio RS without having to worry about street parking it in Zone 2 London.

B Roads with good community in the UK?

I don’t really know what other community to post this in so it’s kind of a long shot, but I (29F) just moved to South East England from Northern California.

One of the things I really enjoyed about California is the car community surrounding the various mountain roads (eg SGV, Pine, Angels Crest, LittleT, HWY 9, etc). Essentially I really enjoyed being able to roll up to these spots and meet likeminded people who enjoy driving their cars taking turns on the various canyons between bouts of socialising.

I’ve heard loads of positive things about UK b roads but don’t really know where to begin in finding the right ones. Most of the roads I discovered in California were just from word of mouth from people I met over the years in the car community, but I don’t have much of that here yet.

Anyone here know anything? You don’t have to share specifics if you don’t want to drop spots, just knowing it exists here would be a solid win.
