Newly pregnant with questions!

23 Female 178 lbs. i recently just lost 60 lbs (baby weight and unhealthy lifestyle choices), and have been going to the gym steadily for over a year now and was in a calorie deficit for about 4 months. I was filled with many emotions when i found out about being pregnant again (I am about 4 weeks ish) haven’t had my first appointment yet. I was feeling amazing about myself after working hard to lose weight and my goal weight was 150lbs. So close! Anyways. I want to do my absolute best to maintain this weight loss so far throughout the course of my pregnancy and keep going to the gym 5 days a week like i have been! Give me your best best best advice! I am going to talk to my OBGYN of course, but my appointment is another month away. I would love some good exercises to do while pregnant, what exercises should I avoid, and how can I keep as much weight off as possible! Bonus points if youve also recently lost weight and got pregnant in the middle! Thanks :)

Going from 1-2 kids

I know this is probably a pretty frequent post on here but I just found out I am pregnant with my second and my son is currently 27 months. I estimate my due date to be sometime in January which leaves an almost 3 year age gap.

To tell you the truth I am very scared. My toddler is still very needy and wants our attention 24/7, which is fine because we can give him that. He is truly my buddy and the light of my life, i love seeing his sweet smile every morning accompanied by “Hiiiii mommy!”. I can’t imagine having to share the love I have for him with another one. Surely many others have had these same feelings and I’m just going through the early pregnancy scares and blues. But i’m also just scared of how hard I know this will probably be.

Give me your best advice, bonus points if you also have children with a similar age gap. I wanted another, but i liked the thought of it and now it will be real and i’m so anxious and worried.
