Errors while driving (during update?)

Hi all. I have a Cupra Tavascan, 2025 plate with 10k miles on it. Yesterday while driving home from work I was stopped at a junction when suddenly the dash showed a load of yellow errors - tyre pressure indicator not working, ACC not working, front sensor not working, rear sensor not working, washer fluid empty, drive motor failure. The car wouldn't pull away from the junction, so I put it into neutral and put my hazards on. Toggled it back to Drive and I was able to pull away and park up round the corner. I turned the car off fully (got out, waited a few minutes then got back in) and on turning the car back on there were no errors showing. I drove home with no issues.

On checking it over I did notice that a system software update had been installed during my drive. Has anyone had a similar experience, do you think this needs to go to a dealer or should I just see if it happens again? The car is through work so any repairs are covered but I've also heard people are having to wait months for appointments with Cupra dealers at the moment.

ETA: I should mention the car had a washer fluid empty/low warning earlier in the day and when I turned the car on to drive home, so that warning was already showing.

[No Spoilers] Abridged or Full Episodes?

I've watched the full campaigns of C1 and C2, full episodes in all their glory. C3 however I'm not feeling as gripped by but I really want to watch it, but I keep feeling impatient to just get the content and move on to C4 and also start on Age of Umbra. I'm about halfway through C3 at this point (I think, E59). I've noticed there's Abridged playlists on YouTube - would anyone recommend these or are the full episodes better? I don't want to miss out on content, lore, banter and hijinks but episodes where they spend 2 hours planning or helping a guest with their character make my attention start to drift a bit.

Finding a job after redundancy

I'm being made redundant due to a company sale, but they want me to work a 4 month notice period as my work transitions to the new company.

I'm feeling a bit anxious about finding a new job after I leave. I see jobs I want to apply for but with such a long notice period I don't know if I should be actively looking yet. I've also never been through redundancy so I'm not sure what I'm allowed to say on job applications.

My work offers enhanced redundancy pay so I'm getting a good payout, and I'm really conscious of protecting that while also protecting myself.

If you have been through redundancy, what was your time frame for looking for new work? What am I allowed to tell people?
