[No Spoilers] My Fjord Stone cosplay @Weebnoodles

This is my Fjord cosplay! Super proud of how it turned out! It was my first foam armor project so it was incredibly intimidating to start and commit to, hence why I did the animated show's version instead of the original art version.

I will post more pictures on my Instagram if you're interested

[No Spoilers] Thank you to all the Berlin critters who donated a dick to create this mythic item! I present The Shirt Of Many Dicks!!

I put it as a spoiler because I have no idea if this might get flagged as NSFW. Oh well, regardless, I had such an awesome time just having people draw dicks on me. I believe we made the Traveler very happy!!

[Spoilers C4E31] I am more devastated over....(dont want to post spoiler in caption)

Sorry, I am not trying to click bait, I just didn't want to post more of a spoiler in the title!!!

Tell me why i am more devastated over an NPC dying, than a main character?! HANNON?!?!?! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! there was something coming for him and vaelus, he made promises, there was a story building there!!!! I am absolutely gutted!!! I genuinely screamed at my tv. I cried for Theor for sure.... but Hannon has just shook me. I wanted that story!!!

Ugh, I am so so incredibly sad. Im a happy ending girl, and I guess I need to realize thats not how dnd works 😂 i was like "They'll revive Theor im sure...." but due to some researching on how Brennan works, I see ill have to grieve him and Hannan both and let my hopes die with them.

This is brutal friends. Is it always like this?? Now I extra scared for Calamity 🤣

Anywho, I have no one else in my life who watches this so I must come here for mutual interactions on the heartbreak.

[CR Media] Started watching Calamity during the C4 break

I only just started episode 2, so right now all I want to say is that it's so funny watching Aabria's reaction literally ANYTIME Travis talks as Cerrit. Same, girl. Same.

Sure hope that voice will make the trauma go over easier!!

[Spoilers C4E31] Chapter 2: Hopefully Schemers make this their priority

Brennan established that after the Shapers died Celestials became feral and were hunted down and killed because they were dangerous enough to destroy whole villages. Given that, I'm surprised none of the characters are treating the captured Celestial as urgent.

All of the characters have had many moments at the table together by this point but have not yet discussed any plans to do anything about this. Plans of either killing the celestial, making other houses or the revolutionary council aware of it. I understand mechanically all the characters are too low in level to face the celestial but there are strong NPCs that could be strong enough to take it on. The Halovars were strong enough to capture and keep him restrained, I assume the head of the other houses are on a similar character level as Yanessa.

Wicander is now in a position to somehow obtain evidence of it. Azune could give this intel to the Einfassens. This is huge and could turn houses against the Creed, even as a religion because it would be found that it's false, could even start a war with them which would weaken the houses. The Creed are not in a position yet to have any control over even Dol-Makja, so the Schemers could turn all the citizens against them if they could get this information out somehow even as rumors to start with. Even obtaining information on all of the Luxs being warlocks is good information to spread around.

[no spoilers] Props to CW (Sound person)

I just looked at the latest Lore Keepwr’s Ledger and I was DELIGHTED to read that they were spending some time with CW, the sound person. And I realized that I haven’t had ANY complaints about mixing or sound in C4!

I used to hate how sometimes players voices were so different in volume in old campaigns, or they were so dynamic that when they went quiet I had to crank the volume on my car stereo while driving, only to have someone else burst out in loud laughter and be too loud.

Or sibilance. Sometimes cast or guests would be very sibilant and those S sounds were ear piercing.

And every time I’d be like … can they not use modern mixing tools like compressors, gates, expanders, de-easers etc to get quality balanced sound? Why is this mix so bad? Even at parts in C3 when it was no longer live.

I’m happy to realize that those days are long gone and I didn’t even realize it. When somebody is doing everything right, you tend not to notice that they’re doing anything at all.

So my apologies and my appreciation to CW, whoever you are, thank you!

[No Spoilers] Critters are the best!

What a day in Berlin! I came here alone and I left knowing I made friends. Critters are the best community I have ever had the honour of being a part of. I randomly joined a Group, got asked a lot of times if I am alone and if I wanted to join them. Critters looked out for each other, gifted strangers beautiful things and trinkets.. I will never forget this day in my life. (The Show was amazing too but no spoilers:)) I am glad that I made this experience.

Thank you all so much for making this day special. ❤️

[CR Media] Guys I finished Calamity

So I just finished Calamity (+ the wrap up) and I have no words. That was great. Right now the moment that I can't stop thinking about was Zerxus talking with the Lord of the Hells at the Oracle. Brennan had me feeling empathy for the damn devil

ETA: I am for sure gonna have to rematch it again and soon cause I know theres gonna be earlier moments that will have so much more mea ing after stuff got revealed at later stages

[No Spoilers] Noticing more Magpies IRL

Hi Everyone.

This might be a bit of a random one but with Campaign 4 revolving a lot around birds and magpies I feel I’ve noticed a lot more IRL when I’m out and about or driving. I’m not too sure if this is because I’m hyper aware of them because of CR or if it’s the time of year for there to be more of them or I’m in a part of the U.K. where there is more (East Anglia).
But my question is, has anyone else been noticing more of them in their daily lives as a result of CR?

Have a great day!

[No spoilers] Edinburgh Show and Disabled Critters

Bidet Critters!

Long story short, I had an accident (that left me disabled) just before tickets went on sale so when I bought them I thought I would be recovered by now but alas I still walk with crutches or a wheelchair depending.

And now I’ve gotta get to Edinburgh Castle for the show. I used to live in Edinburgh so I’m familiar with the climb up and that’s really what I am nervous about. If I can’t make it up then I can’t go to the show and I gotta decide soon because I’d rather my ticket go to someone who wants to be there if I can’t.
Website and venue have been helpful to a degree but I guess I’m just curious about any locals who have experience with disability and getting to the Castle.

Any disabled UK Critters nervous about the Edinburgh and London shows? Have any experience with disability and CR shows? I’m nervous and still getting used to this new life so any advice or words of encouragement are welcome! I hope to make it 😭

[No Spoilers] People standing in the rain waiting for merch

Hoping someone with better social skills and more of a people person than me sees this, but there's probably way too many people already here to make this happen. There's enough room under the eves, the awning in front of the arena to fit another row of people, or even two.

Easy for me to say, with an umbrella AND shielded from rain because of the awning xD

Maybe if one such person sees this, it is forecasting to rain later too, before the show.

Loving the few cosplays here, cheers!

[No spoilers] Exandria : what to watch

Hey everyone! With C4 coming to break I would like to watch Exandria or at least Calamity after hearing high praises about it.

I haven't seen any of previous 3 campaigns, except maybe 20 eps of C3. Would love to dive into those but currently with a newborn I don't have quite a time for it. So Exandria being shorter looks like perfect fit for me and that leads me to a questions.

Will it make sense without seeing any of C1-C3 campaigns?
Can I watch just calimity (read it that others are not that good)
Or is it just nonsense and I should watch them all, if that's a case does order matter? Prime -> Kymal -> Calamity -> Divergence?

[No Spoilers] Question about live shows

Like several others posting today, I'm going to the live show in Berlin tonight. The thing is, normally when I'm watching episodes from the comfort of my own home, I'm able to be doing something else while also watching. I have a hard time just focusing on the show for 3+ hours. I can really only lock in like that for particularly intense moments.

So I'm wondering how dark is it for the audience during the show? I kinda want to be able to bring something to do/fiddle while in attendance. I'm worried if I bring some kind of handwork project, there won't be enough light to see what I'm doing, and if I'm doing puzzle games on my phone, the bright screen will bother others.

On the other hand, maybe the energy of being at a live event will be different enough that I can fully lock in more easily than at home.

I know I can't be the only person like this. So what have others' experiences been like for live CR shows?

[Spoilers C2] ? I think, Help with explanation on a clip i keep seeing

SAM: I will very quietly cast Message. (laughter) And just say, (high-pitched voice) Hey girl. It's me, Beauregard.

ASHLEY: Oh.

SAM: You want to get freaky?

MATT: Ashley, it's hard to make any of these words as two voices are competing for the attention in your mind. (gasping)

Why does everyone freak out again? whats happening. Spoilers and full explanation is fine. :)
