Snapping turtle in Kyoto eating a Pidgeon in the water.

Sorry if the video isn't great I just thought this was pretty wild. It kept having to keep its meals away from all the other turtles and big fish. Wild how fast and brutal they are in the water.

CoA Callboard caches - meant to be class specific loot?

I'm getting a 99% unusable items in my caches, is this intended to be entirely random and I'm just not getting lucky or what?

Tank venomancer and I can't use any of the plate, shields, or swords that I keep getting - but it feels like I'm getting loot intended for tank specs with other classes.

~approx 20-30 caches opened

Maxed alchemy, where do I get end game recipes now like flasks?

Trainer has nothing new and isn't pointing me toward any further profession progression.

Or like the mad alchemist potion recipe that I have a daily quest for?

CoA server btw.

Just saw BLM's Endless Dungeon in Toronto, and I really enjoyed it.

EDIT: BLM = Brennan Lee Mulligan (sorry!)

My first live play experience exceeded expectations - to be fair I didn't really have any since I didn't even know who the cast was until the week of.

It was a theatre of the mind, one shot setup over about 2 hours, with a cast of 4 improv/actors/comedians and I had a great time. The crowd was great and the front row got to participate by rolling a giant blow up d20 on a few key roles.

Also I happened to see one of the Dungeon Dudes as we were leaving it which was a fun little aside as well.

In this context it made me realize more clearly that D&D really is just a night at the improv, but with a running plotline instead of separate skits.

(Spoilers below? But I don't think this will be aired anywhere or repeated so since you had to be there...) There were a few great running gags like the mindflayer bartender who had pretty and soft hands and was self conscious about it, or the dog PC who kept peeing everywhere (and the other PC that hated dogs in a funny way).

Understandably due to timing it was interesting to see points where BLM had to push the story along, or skip certain beats, and it added to the humor in a way I think was easy to pick up on - like the Sphynx who had riddles for the group to solve but the first "riddle" ended up being the Sphynx asking the Dwarf if they could hit their weed-pipe (the correct answer was Yes).

Anyways if you were there too I hope you also had a good time - it certainly seemed like the crowd enjoyed it and could have gone twice as long. Also wish there was merch BLM you're missing out on the sweet merchandising income! (46$ for 2 bottles of coke and 2 candies was absolutely insane!)

From talking to a witness it sounds like the biker was likely at fault, slid out in the rain and from aggressive acceleration. I'm pretty sure it was this bikers ridiculous revving I heard 10 minutes before I walked by the scene the EMS on site. Regardless, this areas speed limit is 40 but people constantly seem to be speeding.

But Jesus Christ if you're one of these drivers that's constantly speeding and weaving through traffic cutting people off -car or motorcycle- maybe don't next time...

We need better enforcement, TPS needs to get off their lazy fucking asses in the absence of those speed cameras and prove they're worth what we pay them so more people don't fucking die.

Rules without enforcement are not rules at all and every driver knows that they can get away with speeding 99% of the time so of course they do.
